Manage the additional expenses and extras of a trip
Go to the Prices or Costs tab of a trip (it can be a quotation or a booking)
If you need to add any additional expenses or extras add a new row by pressing +, select Expenses or Extras and insert a description and an amount.
In the Description field you can select from your list of frequently used Expenses or Extras. Select the voice you want from the dropdown list and all the fields will be filled automatically.
In the dropdown list you can also click on the + or on the pencil icon to quickly create a new voice, or to manage the full list.
