To manage the quotation costs, click on the Road icon on the main menu and select Quotations.

Open the specific quotation you wish to manage and select the Costs tab.

Here you will find all the fields relating to the calculation of the total cost.

Change any field to recalculate the costs automatically, including discount and VAT fields.

Choose whether to calculate the cost per Vehicle, Seat, or Day from the corresponding options. This choice affects the calculation of the Quantity field and therefore the other results. The quantity is:

Equal to the number of vehicles, with the Vehicle option

Equal to the number of passengers, with the Seat option

Equal to the number of days, with the Day option (indicates, in fact, the price, or cost, per day for each vehicle

The costs are automatically calculated if set in the rate table (see the guide for transfers  and for tours.)​​
