Portal configuration
With Sengerio you can create a custom web page with your logo and your brand colors, to allow external users to purchase tickets and manage them.
Simply insert a link from your site to this page to receive requests directly in the Sengerio application.
Inside Sengerio you will be able to see all the tickets purchased, and any cards registered by users.

Click on the Tickets icon in the main menu and then on Portal.

Follow the instructions to configure the application correctly:
  1. activate the Sengerio Ticketing license in your subscription.
  2. configure the domain for your company, then communicate your new domain via chat to Sengerio support and wait for the activation confirmation;
  3. add a translation to support other languages; 
  4. after completing the configuration, go to the menu and click 'Open the page' to see the result of the customization and copy the address to create the link to your website.
Obviously, when users purchase tickets, they will only be able to use the fare areas and fares configured in your account.
