Inside bookings, Sengerio lets you use the automatic compilation of dates and times based on the flight information.

To use this function, some requirements must be met:

The route must be made of two points, the travel type selected must have “private transfer” or “shared transfer” as the macro type and there must be a rate table applicable to the specified transfer.

There must be a rate applicable to the booking (by section), that also has configured the duration and the advance time.

Enter the basic information in the booking in addition to those previously specified, i.e., the customer, passengers and vehicle type.

Then click on the flight button, and specify the flight information.

After clicking continue, go to the prices tab and click on show rate table. If all the requirements are met, the rate table price rate, as well as the date and time information, will automatically be inserted in the route points after you apply the rate table. 

Keep in mind that the dropoff time will be calculated based on the duration of the transfer, specified in the rate table.
