eSign - List of possible errors and management
This article shows and explains the error that can happen when you use the eSign request.

List of errors

Oops! There was a problem during the authentication process of Box.com - State tokens do not match.

This message can appear when you activate the license and authorize the Sengerio app.

It means that the process of authorizaion has not been successful. Your data could havebeen lost or modified. When the system is not certain of security, it blocks the authorization beforehand.

To solve it, retry it later. If the problem persists, contact Sengerio support via chat.

Oops! There was a problem during the authentication finalization process of Box.com

This message can appear when you activate the license and authorize the Sengerio app.

It means that the process of authentication has not been successful.

To solve it, retry it later. If the problem persists, contact Sengerio support via chat.

Oops! The document could not be generated.

This message can appear when you are making an eSign request.

It means that the generation of the document has not been successful.

To solve it, retry it later. If the problem persists, contact Sengerio support via chat.

Oops! The access token could not be refreshed ...

This message can appear when you are making an eSign request.

It means that the connection with Box.com has not been successful.

To solve it, retry it later. If the problem persists, contact Sengerio support via chat.

Oops! The folder "..." could not be found on your Box.com account

This message can appear when you are making an eSign request.

It means that a specific folder has not being found on your Box.com account.

To solve it, access your Box.com account and create that folder. The name of the folder is specified in the message. If you have doubts, follow the guide eSign - Guide for activation.

Oops! Upload of file "..." could not be completed on your Box.com account

This message can appear when you are making an eSign request.

It means that the document that you are generating has not been sent to Box.com to initiate eSign.

To solve it, retry it later. If the problem persists, contact Sengerio support via chat.

Oops! Sign request failed ...

This message can appear when you are making an eSign request.

It means that the eSign request that you are doing has not been successfully.

To solve it, follow the message instructions.

Oops! Deletion of file "..." could not be completed on your Box.com account

This message can appear when you are making an eSign request.

It means that the file you have generated has not been deleted.

To solve it, access your Box.com account, go into the Sengerio Sign folder and delete the file manually.

Oops! The temporary token could not be exchanged...

This message can appear when you activate the license and authorize the Sengerio app.

It means that the token for Box could not be generated.

To solve it, retry again later.

Oops! There was a problem during activation of license. Box.com API not found. Please try again the authorization process.

This message can appear when you activate the license and authorize the Sengerio app.

It measn that there has been an error during the authorization of Sengerio by Box.com

To solve it, close the form in Sengerio and try again to reactivate the license.
