Import your bookings in Sengerio
Click on the road icon on the main menu and select Bookings.

Click on Import from Excel in the menu of the bookings list to import them directly from an Excel file, without having to create one at a time.

From this window you can click on the link at the bottom to see the model of the data that you can import.
This is the link.

And this is the model.

Click on the central button to select the file and upload its data (or drag it directly onto the page).

From the Excel file, the data is read starting from the second row (the first row is usually used for headlines) up to a maximum of 100 at a time.

In order for the import to correctly work, the format of the individual cells must be set on text and the dates must be written in your local format.
In the image that follows, you can view an example of the Start date for US locale.
Also, when writing phone numbers, you must use the international phone number format, for example +44 1234 567890.

Once the file has been uploaded, it is necessary to associate the columns of the file with the columns in the Sengerio grid. This process is automatic if the name of the two columns is the same (ignoring upper/lower case, and the asterisk, which indicates mandatory data).
You don't need to match every column in the file, but keep in mind that unmatched columns will be ignored.
Once the association is complete, press Preview of import.

Make any changes you deem necessary and verify that the data are correct.
If the text of a field is in red it may be because of an error in the formats, or because the data must be selected from a drop-down menu; in the second case the data entered via import will serve as a hint, click on it and select the correct value from those in the list.

To automatically fill the columns Travel type and Serie, the import file must contains values that already exists in your account.

To automatically fill the columns Customer, Pickup location and Dropoff location, the import file must contains the code corresponding to the customer (or the place) in your account.

Finally, to automatically fill the Vehicle typology, the import file must contains the two values 'seats' and 'vehicle type', and they must correspond to an already existing vehicle typology in your account

When you have done all the changes you deem necessary, select the manager for these bookings at the top and click on Import trips.
