Reply to a Request for quotation
From the message list you can see all messages received, including quotation request messages.

Click on the message to view the details of the request for quotation.

Clicking on the "Make a quotation" button, you will open a window from which you can decide all the prices for the service, or select a rate you have precompiled.

A notification will appear in your chat with the customer. From here, you'll be able to view the details of the quotation and eventually withdraw it.

The customer will receive your quotation and decide whether or not to accept your offer.
