To close a quotation, click on Close quotation in the quotation menu.

A closed quotation cannot be deleted but by default, it is no longer shown in the list of quotations. To see closed quotations, use the filter related to the Status trip column.

Keep in mind that a quotation without an additional option is automatically closed by Sengerio the day after the departure date of the trip.
