Manage the teams
A team is a group of users who only have access to certain data within Sengerio, that is, those relating to the same team.

A user can belong to more than one team, and in that case he will have access to the data of all the teams he belongs to.

The data that can belong to a specific team are: 
  • Vehicles
  • Human resources
  • Quotations
  • Bookings
  • Lines
  • Journeys
  • Invoices
  • Credit notes
Any user that can access the Admin app can edit the teams.

From the main menu, press the gear icon to access the Sengerio Admin app.

Press on Users to access the list of all users.

To access the team management window, press the Teams button.

The window that appears shows all the teams currently present and all the users within them.
On the left you will see the users that belong to the Default team while on the right you will see all the teams created by you.

To open or close a team and see its users, click on the arrow on its left.

To add a new team click on the + button at the top, and specify the name in the window that opens.

To change the name of an existing team click on the pencil icon on the right of its name.
In the window that opens you can change the name and save, or you can click Delete in the menu.
Keep in mind that you cannot change or delete the Default team, and you cannot delete a team that is not empty.

To add a user to a team, click on the + icon next to the name of the team in which you want to add it.

In the window that opens, use the search field to find the user you want to add and click on Save.

To remove a user from a team hover on the user with the mouse and click on the trash can icon next to his name.

In the components where you can specify the team they belong to, you will always find a combo with which to choose the team.
