To perform a vehicle inspection using Sengerio Driver, you have two options: you can access the full list of inspections already carried out and create a new one by specifying the vehicle, or you can perform the inspection directly from within a trip.
To access the list of inspections, tap the icon with three horizontal lines at the top of the agenda, then select “Inspections.” Next, tap “New” to start a new inspection.
To perform the inspection directly on the vehicle of a trip, access the trip details, tap on the vehicle, and then select “Start inspection.”
In both cases, you will first need to specify whether the inspection is before or after the trip.
An inspection consists of all the checks configured by your operator. You must complete all checks to finish the inspection.
Each check includes:
- Any note from your operator at the top, specific to that check.
- The name of the check with “Positive” and “Negative” buttons.
- The button to add a photo, which becomes visible only after you have selected whether the check is positive or negative.
Tap “Positive” if the check is successful. The date and time of your selection will appear below the check name, and the buttons will be replaced by a green check icon.
Tap “Negative” if the check is not successful. The date and time will also appear below the check name, and the buttons will be replaced by a red X icon.
If you save an inspection that contains at least one check with a negative outcome, your operator will automatically receive a notification on Sengerio.
Navigation to the next check is automatic, but you can always move between checks by swiping left or right.
After the last check, you will find a field to select the vehicle (if the inspection was started from the list) and a text field to enter any additional information or comments about the checks.
Tap “Complete now” to save the inspection.
