Deleting a numerical series
To delete a Series, follow these steps:
- Access the Series you want to delete.
- Click on the burger menu (the three horizontal lines) at the top left.
- Select "Delete" from the drop-down menu.
Limitations:
- You cannot delete the default Series such as Default and Pro_forma.
- Other Series can only be deleted if they have not been used for document issuance.
Trick to delete an already used Series: If a Series has already been used, there’s a workaround to make it deletable. You need to adjust the next number in the Series, setting it back to the first number. After doing this, the system will allow you to delete it.
