Click on the calculator icon in the main menu, and then on Statements.

From the menu of the list, select Automatic reminder.

Select the desired option, Active automatic reminder or Not active automatic reminder and, if necessary, specify which customers that you want to exclude as recipients of the automatic reminder by clicking +.

Keep in mind that Sengerio will send a document for each expired invoice.

While in the case of the manual reminder it is possible to choose the level of reminder, in the case of the automatic reminder the choice is not possible and the message will correspond to the first level reminder.
