Click on the username in the top-right corner and open user settings.

Click on the API notice in grey to show the field inside, then click on the Refresh icon at the bottom of the Private Token field to generate your token.

Click on the trash icon to delete the token and create a new one. You can do this whenever you want, but remember that the previous token can no longer be used.
