Remote support with Sengerio Team
When you request the support of the Sengerio Team, it may be necessary to establish a connection with your PC.

First of all, a member of the support team will send you a temporary link that you have to click to open a new tab in the browser.




Write down your name and click on Join session.




In the next step click on Download.




When the download is completed, look on the bottom left of your browser and click on the file ZA_Connect.exe, that you have just downloaded.
Otherwise, you can always access your downloads folder and open the file you find there.





Click on YES if you see the message "You want to allow this app to make changes to the device?"

After the loading time click on Join In the following window.



In this way our operator will be able to see you PC and control your mouse.

When the support is over, you don't need to do anything, since the program is temporary. Once you close the session, you can cancel the downloaded file.
