Use step tracking

When you arrive at the pickup location, access the trip details and click on “Ready for pickup.” This allows your operator to see your location (if you have enabled location services) and the time of your arrival. Additionally, if Twilio integration has been configured, an SMS will be sent to the customer to notify them of your position.

Please note that, for both pickup and drop-off, an email will also be sent automatically if a contact with a valid email address has been selected in the booking.

When the customer arrives for pickup, click on “Pickup.” If the customer does not show up, click on “No show.”

Finally, at the time of drop-off, click on “Dropoff.”
